I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2005 and prior to that was working in real estate. Since then I’ve been enabling buyers in different aspects of the home buying process. The past several years have been very challenging in the mortgage industry. Guidelines are tough and loan products fewer. Buyers have to prove themselves to underwriters in order to get loan approval, and that’s where I come in. Through years of loan experience and constant continuing education to keep up with current lending practices and guidelines, I can walk you through the process and make sure the journey is easy.
