Stephanie Carpenter is a loan officer in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee, with years of experience in real estate and accounting. Her background in business management, community involvement and people-first standards, illuminate her mindful yet zealous approach in mortgage lending. 

Stephanie is fueled by her passion to help others. Serving her community by putting people first is the foundation on which she works from. Pairing her experience with her passions, she is able to connect with clients easily and recognize their needs in working through the lending process. 

As Stephanie graduated from the University of Tennessee with her business degree, she started a career in real estate. She served hundreds of families as a Realtor in the Upper Cumberland area for over three years.
