Ken Robinson

Ken dedicated over 30 years in retail as a Sears executive, leading associates and satisfying thousands of customers. Over 11 years ago, he joined his wife Patty and daughter Sarah Stiner in the mortgage business and has earned the respect of his clients and peers. He enjoys working with his family, experienced and first-time home buyers, Realtors, and he goes above and beyond to make his partnerships profitable. Ken values his clients’ time above his own.  He embraces the technological advances that have changed the mortgage approval process from a tedious process to a point-of-sale transaction.

Ken has consistently turned a profit for the company and partners, regardless of market conditions. He knows how to utilize pricing flexibilities to maximize capture rate and profitability. His emphasis on customer relationships has led him to create customers for life by continuing the sale long after closing and they know they can reach him anytime on his cell.  Ken holds himself to the highest standard of customer service, understanding that the loan officer and mortgage company’s actions are a direct reflection on the partner.
